An outer ring contains the private spaces – rooms, living rooms, balconies, etc. A buffer ring containing the internal circulation and an inner ring constitutes the wet spaces in the apartments. In the center – the core of the building with the vertical circulation system.

Collaborative spaces – In each living floor there are at least 2 common spaces for study and meeting between students. Although each apartment has a relatively small living room for more private gatherings, on each floor there are 2 spacious public spaces, open to spacious balconies facing the view.

Vertical Neighborhood – The common spaces on the various building floors are connected vertically in varying ways, which enriches the public and its possibilities. These vertical links create a sequence of “vertical neighborhoods” that connect the occupants of the various floors and create inter-floor spaces that redefine the neighborhood.
